  • Eligibility for Refunds: We accept refund requests under specific circumstances, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items received. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us at info@emaan.world to initiate a refund request.
  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please email info@emaan.world with your order number, the reason for the refund, and any supporting evidence (such as photos of the issue). We will review your request within 3-4 business days and notify you of the outcome.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellations: We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Cancellations can be requested by contacting us through email at info@emaan.world or via WhatsApp at +917204436077.
  • Cancellation Window: Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before the product has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer process cancellations, and the item may only be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy above.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items;
  • Sale items, which are marked as “final sale”;
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering after delivery.
